This group was specifically set up to cater for those who are worried about their level of fitness and all walks are fairly easy.

This is a fairly easy route with only a couple of long
gradual inclines and a couple of short sharp ones. The route takes us along
acequia tracks on the ridge between the Gaudalhorce valley and the Arroyo
Casarabonela, with views on one side to Pizzara and El Santo and to the Sierra
de las Nieves on the other.
We then drop down towards the Arroyo Casarabonela but take
the agricultural track without crossing the stream. We then follow this track
through the plantations until it meets with the drovers track and start our
return. It’s then a gentle gradient up past the old Ostrich Farm and back to
the Bar that we started from. Yes you saw it correctly................we finish
at a BAR.

La Mota Urbanizacion
This is another route that we have not tried before
and takes in and around the abandoned urbanization in the La Mota area od
Alhaurin el Grande. There were never any buildings actually built but all the
road infrastructure was put in and is now overgrown.

It’s time for another bimble along the paseo and his time it’s on the outskirts of Malaga. We did this back at the beginning of December and it proved to be very popular, but we didn't get to walk around the park, but this time we will.There are plenty of Cafe and bars to enyone who wants to enjoy lunch on the way back.

A route nearer to home and a walk around the La Carreta area of Coin. Starting from the la Trocha car park we head out into the campo along the tracks with some magnificent views of the Sierra de los Nieves and the Rio grande valley.
